The hotel was big, with exceptionally nice and very pleasant staff and excellent location to the Berber villages in the mountains. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the suite on second level. Location: the property was adjacent to the proper tourist area, the main square and souks, and Jardin majorelle...

My girlfriend and I were kinda surprised when we arrived at Riad Cannelle. Although the walk up to the front door was along an alley, it was perfectly safe and clean. Once inside, we were amazed by the beauty and grandeur of the Riad. It seemed like a mini palace.

This hotel was a true getaway from the hustle and bustle of the busy city center. Tucked down winding alleys, this mini palace-like hotel was an absolute gem. The staff were accommodating and provided me with all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. From recommendations for very nice restaurants to arranging transportation up to the Atlas mountains, the staff were pretty good. Breakfast in the morning was a delicious start to my day. The rooms were impeccably clean and the hotel facilities were great.

Staying here was a great experience. Its location is ideal, only a short walk down the dark little alleys to a local hidden restaurant and to the main square. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed. the service was always friendly, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast was a highlight. the calming view from the balcony made it a great place to relax.
The sewer gas that emanated from the bathroom sink, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The people at this hotel made our city break truly special. They were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the rooms were spacious and clean. the location was perfect, we were able to easily walk to all the major attractions we wanted to see. Another great aspect was the complimentary mint tea and treats when we arrived, it was a lovely touch.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, so make sure to double-check the directions before arriving. the noise from outside was quite loud at night and made it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs.
